The Maui Hill Resort was designed and constructed to be a multi purpose resort with Timesharing being the controlling factor. The Timeshare portion of The Maui Hill Resort is called Maui Lea with its own governing board of directors comprised and elected by the Timeshare owners.

We are the "on site" staff who only handles resales from this resort, we do not accept or sell Timeshare listings from other resorts. We are all licensed real estate agents with the state of Hawaii. We were created at a time when timeshare owners had limited outlets for selling their property. Our knowledge of Maui Hill is extensive. We know its past and its plans for the future as each of our staff members have at least a 15 year affiliation with The Maui Hill Resort and Maui Lea. We expect to see each owner every year as the majority of our owners do not "trade" but return year after year which not only speaks well of the resort but the quality of service the owners receive. The Aloha spirit truly resides within The Maui Hill Resort.
